Synesthesia

In collaboration with Prospector films, See Creature animated a series of sequences for the short documentary, Synesthesia. It's about a rare condition some people have that cause them to experience multiple senses at the same time. Animating a subject like this was anything but straight forward, See Creature aimed to give the audience the impression of experiencing multiple senses simultaneously rather than focusing on just explaining the science too literally. Combining in-camera experimental animation techniques and after effects produced the best results.
